10/20/2016 @ 7:00 pm - 10:00 pmFree
Innovation & Cinema is back with a must-see fall line-up. The final installment of the 2016 season concludes on October 20 with a free screening of “Drumline,” featuring commentary from the Winston-Salem State University Marching Band.
“Drumline,” a 2002 American musical/drama, is a fictional story about the passion, showmanship, dedication and, above all else, teamwork required for a truly inspirational university marching band. Commentary provided by Winston-Salem State University’s award-winning “Red Sea of Sound” Marching Band gives us a sneak peak into just what it takes to be the best.
Join us on the upper lawn of Bailey Park for this feature film. Grab dinner from a local food truck, a cold beverage from Hoots Roller Bar & Beer Co. or fresh popcorn courtesy of a/perture cinema.
