Register today to attend the upcoming Wake Forest Innovations lunch & learn presented by Rajendar Deora, PhD. Deora, an associate professor of microbiology & immunology at Wake Forest School of Medicine and his laboratory team are working to stem the rise in the United States and worldwide in the potentially fatal disease, “whooping cough.”
In this educational seminar, Deora will discuss his laboratory team’s work towards developing a new vaccine to generate a more effective immune response to Bordetella pertussis in humans and Bordetella bronchiseptica in animals.
