Before You Find a Spot for Your Next Event:

Please do not send out notices, invitations or publicize an event before obtaining an executed license agreement.

Room reservations are requested one month in advance of the event and are subject to approval on a case-by-case basis. Please allow up to three business days for a response to your reservation request.

Fill out the event space request form below to receive a quote or make your reservation for an event hosted in Wake Forest Biotech Place, Bailey Power Plant or Bailey Park. Reservations must be made a minimum of one month prior to the event date. Submission does not guarantee event approval.
