3rd Annual MACHE Bowl

Please join us for our 3rd annual student healthcare competition, presented by the Maya Angelou Center for Health Equity. Students from Appalachian State University, The University of North Carolina at Greensboro, Wake Forest School of Medicine, Wake Forest University and Winston Salem State University will collaborate to address a healthcare case in front of a live audience.
This event is open to the public. Continuing education credits will be offered to healthcare professionals for attending this event.

- 2.0 Contact Hours from Northwest AHEC Nurses: This educational activity can be applied toward your continuing competence plan for maintaining your current licensure with the North Carolina Board of Nursing.
- 2.0 hours Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES) Continuing Education Contact Hours. The North Carolina AHEC Program, a designated provider of continuing education contact hours (CECH) in health education by the National Commission for Health Education Credentialing, Inc. This program is designated for Certified Health Education Specialists (CHES) and/or Master Certified Health Education Specialists (MCHES) to receive up to 2.0 hours total Category I continuing education contact hours.
- Application has been submitted for 2.0 hours Continuing Legal Education Credits from the NC State Bar Board of Continuing Legal Education.
