4th Annual MACHE Bowl: Maya Angelou Center for Health Equity Interdisciplinary Student Competition
Join the Maya Angelou Center for Health Equity for an interactive audience experience in which interdisciplinary teams from local universities compete to address health care disparities in the local community. The competition will be held on March 19 from 10 am – 2 pm in the atrium of Wake Forest Biotech Place.
The MACHE Bowl brings together students from a wide range of academic disciplines and assigns them to teams with participants from Winston-Salem State University, the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, Wake Forest University, Wake Forest School of Medicine and Appalachian State University. Participants apply knowledge from each of their disciplines to develop solutions to complex health issues within our community.
Register to attend the two live rounds of the competition including a complimentary lunch. Join students and professionals in open networking from 9 pm – 10 am and 2 pm – 3 pm.
The event is free, but registration is requested.
