Class on the Grass – BODYFLOW

The YMCA, in partnership with the Innovation Quarter, presents the fall series of Class on the Grass in Bailey Park. Class on the Grass is a free, community fitness series that introduces participants to different types of body workouts. In the event of rain, these classes will be moved inside to the YMCA Innovation Quarter fitness room, located at 525 Vine Street.
October 7 Workout: BODYFLOW™
BODYFLOW is a yoga-based class that incorporates elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. You’ll strengthen your entire body and leave the class feeling calm and centered.
