DataMax Speaker Series – Accelerators: Good or Bad Move for Your Startup

11/19/2014 @ 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm

Can your startup be successful if it doesn’t go into an Accelerator? Since the Y Combinator accelerator was founded in Silicon Valley in 2005, followed closely by TechStars in Boulder, accelerators have popped up across the country and around the world. Today there are more than 100 fund-based accelerators in the United States alone.

Join us for a spirited debate focusing on which founders should seek out an accelerator, which ones should avoid them and, ultimately, who benefits from them. Is it the Venture Capitalist? The Entrepreneur? Everyone?
