Come and explore the fundamentals of yoga. This series will introduce you to beginning yoga postures, body alignment and breathing practices. Learn how yoga can improve your strength, flexibility, balance and focus! Great for those brand new to yoga or those wanting to strengthen their understanding of the basics. Come to one class or come to all five!
