Group Exercise Demo Series at the Innovation Quarter YMCA

Join us for a 6-week series as we demo a different Group Exercise class each Wednesday during your lunch hour! These classes are free and open to the community. You can attend classes at the Innovation Quarter YMCA any other time for $5 each.

All Level Yoga: Restore and revitalize! Connect with your breath, body, and mind to gain the extra energy needed for the busy afternoon ahead. Modifications are offered to yogis of all walks – experienced and new.
Body Flow: the Yoga, Tai Chi, and Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.
Body Combat: An empowering cardio workout inspired by mixed martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as Karate, Boxing, Taekwondo and Tai Chi. You’ll strike, punch, kick and kata your way to superior cardio fitness.
Pound: A full-body cardio jam session, combining light resistance with constant simulated drumming. This workout fuses cardio with plyometric and isometric poses into a 45-minute series.
Zumba: A fusion of Latin and Hip Hop dance styles. These fun and upbeat routines feature aerobic interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms to tone and sculpt your whole body.
