Trellis Supportive Care Hope Run and Family Picnic
Registration for the 2020 Hope Run & Family Picnic is now open. This event raises funds to help Trellis Supportive Care provide compassionate care for patients and their loved ones facing a life-limiting illness. When registering for this event, be sure to sign up for the family picnic. Packages for families and individuals include meals, sampling from local breweries and a picnic blanket. Most importantly, families will enjoy a fun-filled day in a family-oriented environment with their children and friends. Register here.
