Parking


Whether you have a meeting in the Innovation Quarter, planning to visit Bailey Park or attending one of our community events, there are a variety of parking options. For general visitors, check out the Innovation Quarter Visitor Parking Deck on Patterson Ave. and Sixth St. or available street parking. For all other types of Innovation Quarter visitors, learn about the options below or see our detailed map.

Visitor Parking Decks

Innovation Quarter Visitor Parking Deck (the “Link Deck”)

Located on E. Sixth St. and Patterson Ave. Access the lot from Patterson Ave.

Cost: $1 per half hour with $9 per day maximum. Monthly passes available for $60.
Hours: Open 24 hours a day

Fourth St./Church St. Parking Deck

Located on E. Fifth St. and N. Chestnut St. Access the lot from E. Fifth Street.

Cost: $1 an hour with a $9 per day maximum.
Hours: 6:30 am – 7 pm, Monday-Friday

Forsyth Government Center Parking Deck

Located on N. Church St. and E. Third St. Access the lot from N. Church St.

Cost: $1 per hour with $9 per day maximum.
Hours: 8 am ­– 5 pm, Monday-Friday

Appointment-only Parking

Have a meeting with a tenant in the Innovation Quarter? There are three visitor-by-appointment options:

P2 Lot

Located on E. Seventh St., Patterson Ave. and Vine St. Access the lot from Patterson Ave.

Fifth St. Visitor Lot

Located on E. Fifth St. Access the lot from E. Fifth St.

Please note: You must arrange parking with your meeting host before arriving at the lot. Security will not allow drive-up visitors without an appointment.

Street Parking

Limited on-street parking is available on Patterson Ave. across from Bailey Power Plant, on Vine St. across from Bailey Park and on E. Fourth St. near Piedmont Leaf Lofts. Most meters allow one- to two-hour parking.

Cost: Regular meters accept only quarters. Rates vary depending on type of meter.

Customer Parking

Free parking is available for customers of Inmar (off Vine St.), who must check in at the security desk inside.

Free parking (two-hour limit) is available for customers of Allegacy Federal Credit Union and the Cafe in Wake Forest Biotech Place (off Patterson Ave.). Violators are subject to towing.

Employees of Innovation Quarter tenants who are assigned a badge have access to one of the following lots:

P3 Lot

Available to Employees of Inmar
Located on E. Seventh St. Access the lot from E. Seventh St.

P4 Lot

Available to Employees of Inmar
Located on E. Seventh St. and Research Pkwy. Access the lot from E. Seventh
St.

P5 Lot

Available to Employees Located in 525@vine, Wake Forest School of Medicine, Wake Downtown, Wake Forest Biotech Place and Bailey Power Plant
Located on E. Seventh St., Research Pkwy. and E. Fifth St. Access the lot from E. Seventh St. or Research Pkwy.

P7 Lot

Available to Employees Located in Wake Forest School of Medicine and Wake Downtown
Located on E. Fourth St., Patterson Ave. and E. Third St. Access the lot from E. Third St.

P8 Lot

Available to Employees Located in 525@vine, Wake Forest School of Medicine, Wake Downtown, Wake Forest Biotech Place and Bailey Power Plant
Located on Research Pkwy. Access the lot from Research Pkwy., close to where Seventh St. intersects with Research Pkwy.

Wells Fargo Lots

Available to Employees of Wells Fargo Linden Center
Located in three spots off of Research Pkwy., two lots are accessible via E. Fourth St. Access the third lot from Research Pkwy between Fifth St. and Seventh St.
