Virtual: Día de los Muertos Cultural Celebration

Celebrate Día de los Muertos! Join us on the public library’s Zoom link on Saturday, Oct. 31, at 11 a.m. for a fun and informative celebration. Meet the library’s diverse staff, ask questions and learn interesting facts. Learn how to make 2 folk crafts that Mexican artisans traditionally make for Dia de los Muertos. We’ll sing along with storyteller/musician Jon Sundell. You shouldn’t miss the amusing story of Tia Miseria. Pick up a Día de los Muertos craft kit, while supplies last, at Forsyth County Public Library branches beginning October 19. Ask your questions about these crafts at the Zoom program.
