Bailey South

As the second building that rounds out Bailey Power Plant’s redevelopment, Bailey South brings an additional 33,000 square feet of retail space to the block. Space for lease exists across two floors of the 75,000 square-foot building. A repurposed railway now serves as a pedestrian bridge that links 4th Street to the Coalpit and Bailey power Plant.

Krankies Block

Krankies, a small batch coffee roaster and café with a diverse menu and full bar, anchors a block of retail space kitty-corner from Bailey Park. Krankies was one of the first businesses to take root in the district post-manufacturing, so this section of the Innovation Quarter is fondly known as the Krankies Block. This city block that once featured a meat packaging plant now houses a bodega, salons, craft bar and ice cream place.
