Developing Ideation Skills for Life after COVID

April 8, 2021 @ 4:30 pm - 6:00 pm

Join Wake Forest University and NEW INC for “Developing Ideation Skills for Life after COVID,” a special virtual workshop where participants can level-up their skills while coming together to dream up post-pandemic creative business ideas for the Winston-Salem community.
Led by Dan Cohen, Professor of Entrepreneurship at Wake Forest University, participants will get hands-on with IDEATE, a methodology co-created by Professor Cohen designed to spark fresh, entrepreneurial thinking. In ninety minutes, Professor Cohen will lead participants step-by-step through this method to learn how to apply it to their practice while also working small groups to test lessons learned by identifying transformative business opportunities for Winston-Salem. Attendees are welcome to bring an idea in progress or come with an open mind.
This workshop is free of charge, but registration is required.
