Bailey South is a 75,000-square foot, six-story, mixed-use building in the heart of the Innovation Quarter that embodies the iQ’s “live, work, play” mentality. It features expansive outdoor space for tenants—5,000 square feet of rooftop decks and four outdoor courtyards—in addition to uniquely designed office space that pays homage to the building’s former life as a coal-fired power plant serving R. J. Reynolds Tobacco Company.
