Join F45 Training Winston-Salem on January 4 and choose from one of three classes to attend! We will have classes at 8 am, 9 am and 10 am. These are our Hollywood (one-hour long) classes. We will have a LIVE DJ in all three classes, as well as healthy bites & drinks post-class from Anchor Coffee, Golden Rule Kombucha, & Village Juice Co., Stick around for some recovery offerings from Twin City Health & Coolhouse Cryotherapy! Classes are FREE if you haven’t attended an F45 class yet!
