International Day of Yoga 2019

If you are a yoga teacher who wakes up at 5 am to teach everyday, you are welcome.
If the only pose you know is child’s pose, you are welcome.
If you are an avid yogi with a home practice, you are welcome.
If you have never owned a yoga mat, you are welcome.
Yoga is for all. All are welcome.
Flow with us on Friday, June 21 at 7 pm to celebrate International Day of Yoga at Quarry Park of Winston-Salem and the Summer Solstice. Lululemon Thruway ambassador Chloë Craver will be leading a free community yoga class while the sun sets.
