Moving Day Winston-Salem

Moving Day, a Walk for Parkinson’s disease, is a fun and inspiring annual fundraising event hosted by the Parkinson’s Foundation here in Winston-Salem and across the country. Moving Day unites families, friends and communities in the fight against Parkinson’s disease.
This celebration of movement features a family-friendly walk course, a kids’ area and a special Movement Pavilion with many activities that are proven to help manage Parkinson’s symptoms. Money raised through Moving Day help to fund quality care to people living with Parkinson’s, cutting-edge research to improve treatments and advance toward a cure and provide free resources for people living with Parkinson’s and their families.
