Ride to Rock Out the Quarry
Join us for an awesome, family-paced 3-mile bike ride to the Quarry for music, food trucks, fireworks and time with the park designers. This is a kid-friendly event. No dogs and no alcohol allowed. This ride is one way only.
You are required to bring a helmet, front light and rear light. Upon arrival, you will be asked to sign a waiver, which is required for the ride.
Meet at 6 pm at the entrance of the Long Branch Trail and depart at 6:15 pm for Quarry Park. The entrance of the Long Branch Trail is at Fogle St. and 3rd St.
Learn about bike safety and the background on Long Branch Trail. Tour Quarry Park with the designers and architects. Return to your car on your own.
Annual Pre-Health Student Conference
The Student National Medical Association (SNMA) of Wake Forest School of Medicine, along with the Office of Student Inclusion and Diversity, are hosting the 12th Annual Pre-Health Student Conference on February 29th to expose pre-health college students to careers in the health field.
