Spin into Summer: A Beginner’s Cycle Series

Come learn to cycle! Learn proper bike set up, proper technique and how to read the numbers on the bike screen. Once set up, the class will continue with a 30-minute, easy-to-moderate ride through imaginary hills and flat roads.
Members and potential members of the YMCA are welcome to attend. Reserve your bike beginning 24 hours before class time through our website or online app.
