The Six Cs of Credit

Join Thread Capital for “Think Like a Lender,” a comprehensive presentation to help small business owners prepare for financing. Participants will learn about the “six Cs of credit” and how lenders think about each “C” when they are reviewing loan applications. The goal is for participants to have a better understanding of what to expect when applying for a small business loan and how to be set up for success. Thread Capital is a non-profit community development financial institution (CDFI) whose mission is to provide capital, coaching and connections to rural people, women, people of color and low-income people. Thread Capital is a subsidiary of the NC Rural Center, a non-profit whose mission is to develop, promote and implement sound economic strategies to improve the quality of life of rural North Carolinians.
