An event every week that begins at 4:30 pm on Tuesday, repeating until June 25, 2019
Feeling the need to slow down? Join us for yin yoga every Tuesday
afternoon in June. Yin yoga is a slower style, where floor poses
are held longer. This slow pace allows time for your body and mind
to relax. This practice is great for improving flexibility, reducing
tension and stress, and promoting relaxation. This series is open
to members and non-members alike. Registration not required.
