An Expanding Ecosystem of Scientists

The Innovation Quarter is building an expanding ecosystem of scientists in the heart of downtown Winston-Salem. From world-class academic researchers in various disciplines to scientific start-ups and innovative biomedical and biotechnology companies, your neighbors will include scientists on the cutting-edge of research, development and commercialization.

Designed for laboratory and science research, One Technology Place was one of the first new buildings erected in the area now known as the Innovation Quarter. This 100,000 square-foot building is outfitted with the lab and office space companies need to research, develop and scale the most innovative healthtech solutions. To inquire about available lab spaces, please contact Isaac Perry at ilperry@wakehealth.edu.
