Incendiary Brewing Co.

Incendiary Brewing Company opened in 2018 and quickly made a name for itself with its IPAs, stouts and unique outdoor space dubbed The Coalpit. Founders Brandon Branscome and John Bacon are both Winston-Salem natives and (unsuccessfully) brewed their first batch of beer together in college in 1997.

After a 15-year break from brewing, the two picked it up again as a hobby for serving friends and neighbors. With some awards under their belt and encouragement from their friends, Brand and John opened Incendiary Brewing Company in the Innovation Quarter. Incendiary offers a rotating selection of draft beers available in a 16 oz., 10 oz. or 5 oz. pour, as well as to-go options available in 16 oz. cans.
