Black Mountain Chocolate Bar
With its expanded seating and nighttime hours, North Carolina’s original bean to bar chocolate factory can be your new favorite place tosocialize, study or relax.
Black Mountain Chocolate’s counter and confectionary display face the south end of the Coal Pit, providing contoured glimpses of the Low Line’s sweeping archways.
Where the magic happens: the chocolate-producing kitchen.
Black Mountain Chocolate’s bar will soon feature cocoa-inspired drinks and cocktails.
This main seating area provides cozy couches and booths to study, read or catch up with friends.

Front Street Capital’s third floor suite includes multiple meeting spaces that provide incredible views of the Coal Pit and Innovation Quarter and highlight the intricate craftsmanship of local vendor Sunnyside Millwork.

Accordiondoors in the entertainment space open up to a large outdoor area reserved for building tenants.

Once complete, the 4th floor of Bailey South will feature panoramic views of downtown Winston-Salem and the Innovation Quarter. It’s just waiting for someone to call it home!
