F-45 Winston-Salem is excited to announce free F-45 Track workouts to the public. Now you can get a functional full-body workout while following social distancing guidelines in beautiful Bailey Park!
All attendees must preregister here, as class sizes are limited to adhere to social distancing protocols:
All participants must:
*Sign a waiver.
*Bring own water bottle, towel and mat.
*Bring dumbbells on Sundays.
Details:
* Class Size: 23:2 participant to trainer.
* Social Distancing: Each station is 6 ft apart.
* Trainers: Will give verbal cues only, maintaining 6 ft distance.
* First Aid: Onsite.
* Hand Sanitizer will be available.
