Sunset Salutations

Experience the rejuvenating power of outdoor yoga. Flow through a low-impact yoga session designed to improve circulation, oxygenate the blood, and release tension.

Join us for Sunset Salutations and feel the revitalizing effects as you move on the lawn of Bailey Park, leaving you renewed and ready to conquer the week ahead. Be sure to bring your yoga mat, water, and comfortable clothes.

This month’s event will be led by Lotus Yoga.

Note: Waivers are required at check-in. If it is your first time flowing at Sunset Salutations, please arrive 10-15 minutes early so that you have time to complete the paperwork.

In the case of rain, the class will relocate to the third floor of Bailey Power Plant. Relocation announcements will be made by 5 p.m. the day of the event.
