“The physical environment here has changed rather quickly,” Innovation Quarter Head of Real Estate Development Graydon Pleasants said during Tuesday’s town hall event. He spoke of Link Apartments opening its 245 units this summer as well as Bailey Power Plant South, a project under development by Front Street Capital. He also mentioned that further Innovation Quarter development will take place farther south of the Inmar Inc. building and south of Third Street in downtown Winston-Salem.
