Center for Design Innovation
Located at 450 Design Avenue, near Rams Drive, the Center for Design Innovation, a three-story building with 27,000 square feet, is a multi-campus research center that focuses on collaborative design research and includes Winston-Salem State University, UNC School of the Arts and Forsyth Technical Community College.
Downtown Health Plaza
Located at 1200 N. Martin Luther King Jr. Drive, the Downtown Health Plaza is a two-story outpatient clinic with 47,348 square feet dedicated to providing diagnostic and treatment services, prescription assistance, and more.
Located at 635 Vine Street, Inmar’s three-story, LEED platinum-certified building is headquartered in Winston-Salem with 240,000 square feet of tobacco warehouse redesigned to accommodate technology-centered product and service offerings.

Piedmont Triad Community Research Center (PTCRC)
Located at 115 S. Chestnut Street, the Piedmont Triad Community Research Center (PTCRC) has three stories and 100,185 square feet of laboratories and animal research facilities. Owned by Wake Forest University Health Sciences, the building became the first in what is now the Wake Forest Innovation Quarter.
One Technology Place
Located at 200 E. First Street, One Technology Place, a four-story building with 108,900 square feet, is managed by Wake Forest University and offers 82 available office spaces for lease. The building houses a variety of companies, including Kucera Pharmaceutical Company, Pleasants Properties and Cain Hahn Associates.
Richard H. Dean Biomedical Research Building
Located at 391 Technology Way, the Richard H. Dean Biomedical Research Building, a four-story building with 180,434 square feet, is a mutli-tenant, advanced research facility that houses Wake Forest Institute for Regenerative Medicine and includes an adjacent parking deck.
S.J. Nissen Building
Located on 310 E. Third Street, the S.J. Nissen Building, a three-story building with a two-story basement and 21,780 square feet, features two crenellated front towers and houses companies, such as Kester Machinery Company and Black Horse Studio.
Located at 111 Chestnut Street, Victoria Hall is a three-story, downtown Class A building with historic designations and 45,000 square feet. Victoria Hall features flexible floor plans for professional businesses and includes on-site management and parking.
Wake Forest Biotech Place
Located at 575 Patterson Avenue, the five-story building boasts 242,000 square feet of the latest technological bells and whistles needed to advance modern science and innovation, including custom-built laboratories, conference rooms and a large atrium for events.
Located at 455 Vine Street, Wake Downtown, a five-story building with 115,000 square feet, is the locus of Wake Forest University’s three new undergraduate academic programs in biochemistry and molecular biology, medicinal chemistry and drug discovery, and engineering and includes classrooms, teaching labs and research labs for students.
Wells Fargo Linden Center
Located at 401 N. Research Parkway, Wells Fargo Linden Center is a three-story, Class A office building and features a total of 193,510 square feet with 77 office spaces for lease.
Coming Soon: Bailey Power Plant South
Coming to the corner of E. 4th Street and Patterson Avenue, the 75,000-square-foot building Bailey Power Plant South will have six floors and house local marketing agency The Variable along with new restaurants and retail space.
