An event hosted by the Winston-Salem Black Chamber of Commerce, Preservation Forsyth, Triad Cultural Arts, International Civil Rights Center & Museum, Winston-Salem African American Archive and Old Salem Museums & Gardens delivered a lesson in history at the Innovation Quarter on Tuesday. It consisted of a cultural fair, film screening and panel discussion that highlighted Winston-Salem’s rich black history and the organizations that keep it alive today.
