Innovation Quarter has announced a master plan to transform 28-acres of downtown Winston-Salem in its phase II development. The site sites on both sides of Research Parkway, mostly south of Third Street and north of Salem Parkway. The development is expected to include at least 10 buildings and will provide increased clinical, lab, office, residential and retail space.
