Plans for the Innovation Quarter’s expansion are in the works. More buildings, medical spaces and mixed-use developments are envisioned to inhabit a 28-acre site. This land exists on both sides of Research Parkway and abutting U.A. 52 and Salem Parkway, and is targeted for Phase II North District development.
