Knowing your health metrics (blood pressure, BMI, glucose, etc.) and financial indicators (credit score, debt-to-income ratio, etc.) can help you make smarter decisions toward your goal of healthier financial and physical well-being. Join WellQ for this free class, which will help you learn how to keep tabs on the numbers that matter. The event has limited seating. Advance registration is required.

2. Yoga at Incendiary Brewing Co. | Mondays

Stretch and strengthen your body with this 45-minute yoga
session on the patio of Incendiary Brewing Co. led by Chloe Nickles. Entry fee
includes a pint of fresh brew.

3. Trailblazers Running Group | Thursdays

Innovation Quarter YMCA

Free, 5:15 – 5:45 pm

This weekly walking/running group offers accountability, encouragement and community as participants work toward their fitness goals. Meet in the lobby of the YMCA before joining the group on the Long Branch Trail. The group also meets at Incendiary Brewing Co. for a post-run celebration.

4. Community Yoga in the Atrium | Monthly

On the second Wednesday of every month, spend your lunch
break with this free community class in the atrium offered by the Innovation
