Wake Forest Innovation Quarter’s Bailey Power Plant has been giving a warm welcome to new tenants over the past few months, and that’s not cooling down any time soon. Cugino Forno and Incendiary both opened in September with vast outdoor patios and spacious seating in the plant’s former coal pit. Other exciting new additions to the plant include Renfro Corp. and Javara Research, while more restaurant, retail and office offerings developed by Front Street Capital are under way in the adjacent Bailey South. Residents will begin moving in to Link Apartments Innovation Quarter as well.
