Triad Cultural Arts Inc. held its 15th annual Juneteenth Festival at the Wake Forest Innovation Quarter on Saturday, June 22. Representatives consider it a time of reflection and celebration of African American history, culture and contributions to society. The festival included dozens of vendors, performances, food, health displays, information sessions, a fashion show, arts and crafts and motivational speakers.Â
