Named for the temperature at which gas evaporates from wood in a fire to produce embers (600 degrees Celsius), Six Hundred° is a restaurant and live-fire kitchen dedicated to regional cooking and quality products. Head Chef Travis Myers and his team cook food rooted in southern soul over oak and hickory coals.
